I didn't come from sales.

For nearly two decades, I worked in a field that demanded total commitment:

Long hours, responsibility & constant output with very little room for leverage.

I was good at it.

I cared deeply.

And I gave everything.

But the pattern was always the same:

The more I contributed, the more was expected.
Without ownership, leverage or compounding.

That experience shaped how I think about work, performance & value.

I'm not interested in "motivation" or starting over.

I'm interested in structures where effort compounds.
